Stradbroke Island Honey is extracted utilising organic principles, the hives are placed amongst the Jelly Bush (Australia’s Manuka) Plant which is abundant on this pristine island in South East Queensland, Australia.

Propolis is a substance created by the bees from tree/plant bud resin, pollen and beeswax. It protects their hive, it has been found to have strong antibiotic and healing properties, the perfect addition to our Honey and Lemon candy to help soothe a sore throat.
